Maddur Vada Recipe
Ingredients -
1.2 cups - Rice Flour
2.1 cup - Peanuts (roasted and powdered)
3.1 cup - Roasted Chanadal powder
4.1 cup - Semolina/Rava
5.1 cup - Besan
6.1 Onions (finely chopped)
7.Finely chopped Mint Leaves
8.1 tsp Ginger grated
9.1 tsp Garlic grated
10.Finely chopped coriander leaves
11.Finely chopped Curry leaves
12.1/4 tsp Cinnamon (powder)
13. Pinch of Clove (powder)
14.Salt to taste
15.Chilli paste
16.Oil for frying
Procedure:
1.Mix all ingredients to a firm dough and leave it for about 15 minutes.
2.Make round balls and pat them into discs.
3.Deep fry the discs until golden brown.
4.Heating oil on a low flame will make the snack crisp.
5.Serve the tasty vadas with chutney. Your hot Maddur vada recipe is ready to serve.
