Chicken Spaghetti Roll: Monsoon Snack
Rolls are a yummy fried snack that can be appropriate for the monsoon season. In the rainy days, food and snack lovers always crave for having some fried foods like pakoras and rolls. You can make rolls with vegetables, paneer, noodles and even spaghetti. Non vegetarians love to have rolls made with fish, meat, beef and chicken. So, lets try a different roll recipe that is made with spaghetti and chicken (the most famous combination in restaurants). This spaghetti chicken roll looks like a spring roll and is made with shredded chicken, mayonnaise and boiled spaghetti. Check out the lip smacking snack recipe.
Chicken spaghetti roll recipe:

Serves: 3-4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Chicken- 1 cup (boiled and shredded)
- Spaghetti- ½ cup (boiled and chopped finely)
- Mayonnaise- 2-3 tbsp
- Bread slices- 12-14
- Onion- 2 (chopped)
- Green chillies- 3-4 (finely chopped)
- Black pepper powder- 1tsp
- Salt- To taste
- Oil- 1 cup (for frying)
- Coriander leaves- 2rbsp (for garnishing)
Procedure
- In a bowl, mix chicken, spaghetti with onion and green chillies.
- Now slowly add mayonnaise and mix well. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt. Saute all the ingredients and keep the filling mix aside.
- Take the bread slices and cut their crust.
- Wet your palms with water or oil. Now spread the filling on each slice and gently roll them into a roll. Cover the ends so that the filling doesn't come out.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil gets steaming hot, deep fry the rolls until they turn golden brown and look crisp. Strain in paper towel so that the excessive oil is absorbed.
Chicken spaghetti roll is ready to eat. Serve it hot with tea or coffee. You can also have it with tomato sauce or coriander and tamarind mix chutney. You can use the breast crust to make chaats. Chop the crust and mix it with chopped vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber and green chillies. Sprinkle chaat masala, salt, cumin seeds powder and lemon juice. Your chaat is ready!
