Chicken Onion Pakora Recipe For Evening
No matter how hot it gets outside, Indians never stop eating hot and crispy fried foods. We simply cannot compromise with our steaming cup of tea or coffee in the evening. That is why we also need evening snack recipes that are hot and crispy to go with the cup of hot beverages. Chicken onion pakora is something that you can definitely consider as an evening snack dish.

The chicken onion pakora recipe is simple. Needless to say that the two main ingredients are chicken and onion rings. Along with these, we also have green chillies and a special kebab masala that you can add to the chicken onion pakoras. Just like other pakora recipes, this dish is also deep fried. So try the chicken and onion pakora recipe at home and enjoy it with your family.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- Chicken (boneless)- 200 grams (cut into small pieces)
- Onion rings- 100 grams
- Green chillies- 4 (chopped)
- Coriander leaves- 2 stalks (chopped)
- Besan- 1 cup
- Kebab masala- 1tsp
- Fennel seeds- ½ tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- 3 cups
Procedure
- Mix besan with salt, kebab masala and half cup of water.
- Mix it well and make sure there are no lumps in it.
- Then add the green chillies, fennel seeds and coriander leaves to the besan.
- Finally, add the chicken pieces and onion rings to the batter.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a deep bottomed pan; wait until it steams.
- Then, take the chicken pieces with the onion rings and add them to oil.
- Lower the flame and allow the pakoras to get browned on all sides.
- You can serve chicken and onion pakora with cups of tea or coffee.
