Ash Gourd is a low in calorie vegetable which also has a special property of converting sugar into fats. The Winter Melon also helps in boosting memory and cures many ailments. The fruit of Ash gourd also has aphrodisiac properties.
Ash Gourd Fritters Recipe (Ash Gourd Peel Fries) – Easy Nutritious Summer Snack
Ingredients:
Ash Gourd Peel (cut into pieces)
Oil For Frying
1 cup thick curds
Salt as per taste
Chili powder as per taste
Make Ash Gourd Fritters:
1.Mix the Ash Gourd peel (pieces) in thick curds and salt. Sun dry the peels until they change color and shrink.
2.Deep fry the dried peels in oil. Sprinkle chili powder as per your taste.
Tasty Ash Gourd fritters are ready to munch.
Serve the Ash Gourd fritters immediately. You can even dip fritters in gram flour and fry, it can be another snack recipe.
