Ingredients
1 red Chilli
1 tspb Coriander (dhaniya)
½ stick Cinnamon (Dalchini)
2 Cloves
¼ tspb Cumin Seeds
For The Stuffing
1 Cup Potato (mashed and boiled)
½ tspb cumin seeds
Asafoetida
Khajur (date ) and Imli (tamarin) Chutney
2 tsp oil
Salt To taste
Burger buns
Butter Or Oil
Garnishing
1 onion
½ roasted peanuts
½ cup sev, chopped coriander, pomegranate, chutney
Directions To Prepare
- All the ingredients mentioned above must be roasted in a pan for about 2-3 minutes.
- Then make a fine powder by blending it.
- Heat a pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, dabeli masala, potato, salt and water. Mix it well.
- Then remove the mixture and add two spoons of khajur imli chutney and stir it.
- Keep the burger buns ready and slice them into halves. Cut them horizontally and cook them ina frying pan for about a minute, adding butter.
- Fill the bun with the prepared dabeli stuffing.
- Topping it with coriander, sev, pomegranate, onions, peanuts and khajur imli chutney.
Sand which it and your tasty dabeli is ready to eat.
