Mashed potatoes are very tasty and healthy as they are baked with a lot of oil or any fat. Know to celebrate the tasty vegetable day with this simple recipe.
Low Fat Spicy Mashed Potato Recipe – Special Potato Day Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 big potatoes (cubed & boiled)
- 3 tablespoons skimmed milk (low fat)
- A piece of salted butter
- fresh cilantro(chopped)
- Green onion(chopped, minced)
- Chopped Jalapeno pepper or normal black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
How To Make Low Fat Spicy Mashed Potatoes?
- In a bowl mash the potatoes removing the skin.
- Add all the ingredients listed above. Mix well. Reheat the potatoes in the microwave for a few minutes. Tasty Low Fat Spicy Mashed Potatoes are ready to savor.
