Prawn Pasta Recipe: Italian & Sea Food Mix!
Prawns have health and nutritional benefits which make it a must have food. Prawns pasta is a tasty and spicy easy to make Italian and sea food mix, prawn recipe. Lets check out the prawn pasta recipe:
Prawn pasta recipe-

Ingredients
2 tablespoons low sodium soya sauce
1 pound medium sized prawns
' pound capellini or any shaped pasta
peeled shrimp
¼ unsalted butter
' sliced green onion
1 cup water
3- 5 minced garlic cloves
¾ cup finely chopped basil leaves
2 tbs minced parsley
salt
crushed red pepper
Method to make prawn pasta recipe:
1.Boil water and soya sauce in a pan. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes or till the color changes to pink. Remove the shrimp, reserve the liquid and let the shrimp cool.
2.Melt butter in a large skillet in a medium flame. Add green onions and garlic when the skillet is hot and saute for 2-4 minutes. Add salt to taste.
3.Stir the shrimp liquid and add cornstarch, lemon juice and let it boil.
4.Add basil and simmer till the liquid thickens.
5.Boil capellini or pasta and toss with the prepared sauce and shrimp. Sprinkle with parsley and red chilli pepper.
Prawn pasta is ready to eat. Serve this sea food item hot.
