Herb Fried Rice Recipe For Better Health
Ingredients
Lamb meat: 1 kg
powdered red chillies: one tablespoon

Green cardamom: few cloves
Black cardamom: three cloves
Cinnamon: One big clove

Cloves: 6 pieces
Black pepper: one teaspoon
Fennel seeds: one tablespoon

Onions: three sliced
Curd: half liter
Garlic: six crushed cloves

Hing or asafoetida: one teaspoon
Salt to taste

Serves:4
Cooking time: one hour

Method Of Prepration
1.Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions, cinnamon, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, fennel seeds to it.
2.Now add meat to the above spice mixture. Add some salt, hing, crushed garlic and red chili powder.

3. Cook it for some time on low flame until all the spices gets absorbed in the meat.
4. Beat the curd well to form a smooth and uniform paste.

5. Add the curd into the meat and cook until meat gets tender.
6. garnish with fresh mint leaves.

7. Serve hot with white basmati rice or butter naan.
