Yummy Schezwan Chicken Noodles Recipe

Whenever you step into a Chinese restaurant, the first thing that would come to your mind is noodles. So, why not try out the same recipe at home. All you need is the right recipe and you are good to go. This schezwan chicken noodles recipe is not at all time consuming and will surely be loved by all your members at home.
To complete this yummy and delicious schezwan chicken noodles recipe, a touch of garlic sauce is much preferred than tomato sauce.
Here is the schezwan chicken noodles recipe for you to try out this evening for dinner, take a look:

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Hakka noodles - 4 cups (boiled)
- Chicken - 500 gms (boiled and shred)
- Garlic - 2 tsp
- Celery - 1 tbsp
- Mixed Veggies - 3 cups (carrots, capsicum, beans and cabbage)
- Schezuan sauce - ½ cup
- Bean Sprouts - ½ cup
- Tofu - ½ cup (cut into cubes)
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Chilli Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Procedure
1. You first need to heat the oil and chilli oil in a wok on a high flame, add the garlic and sauté till it turns golden brown in colour.
1. Now add the celery and vegetables and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
2. Add to the dish, the chicken pieces to and fry for sometime till the masala gets in.
3. Add to the dish the Schezuan sauce and cook for another minute or so.
4. Now add the boiled noodles, bean sprouts, tofu and salt and mix well.
5. Toss for a few seconds and serve hot.
Your schezwan chicken noodles is now ready to eat. Alongside this yummy noodles dish, you can have either a vegetarian dry Chinese dish or a non-vegetarian gravy.
