Ingredients
- Chicken legs- 2
- Pepper corns- 1tbsp
- Ginger- 2 inches
- Garlic- 6-8 gloves
- Red Chilli powder- 1tsp
- Chicken masala- 2tsp
- Flour- 1/2 cup
- Oil- 2 cups
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Take two chicken leg pieces and slice it with your knife so that the masala can seep through.
- Make a paste of pepper corns, ginger and garlic together. Add salt to this mixture depending on your taste.
- Add red chilli powder and chicken masala to the paste and mix it to an uniform pulp.
- Apply this masala paste to the chicken legs and leave it for at least 30 minutes for marination.
- Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan. When it starts steaming, roll the chicken legs flour so that the masala and chicken do not separate.
- Add the chicken legs to the pan and fry them on a low flame.
- Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken legs are crisply fried.
You can serve spicy fried chicken legs with tea, coffee or any other cool evening drink.
