Spicy Chicken Stuffed Bell Peppers
Stuffed chicken has its own taste and flavour. You can stuff chicken in mushroom, roti and even bell peppers. It is a simple and tasty snack which can also be served as a side dish for a sumptuous meal.
Chicken stuffed bell peppers is one of the best treats for meat lovers. It is spicy, tasty, filling and looks alluring as well.
First, the red bell peppers are cut and the seeds are scooped out. Then it is stuffed with a chicken masala and baked. One of the best ingredients to add to stuffed chicken recipe is cheese. The cheesy and spicy chicken stuffed bell peppers are served with sweet and spicy tomato sauce. The chicken stuffed bell peppers are easy to prepare. Take a look at the recipe.
Chicken Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe:
AUTHENTIC CHICKEN RECIPES OF INDIA

Serves: 1 stuffed pepper each
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 50-60 minutes
Ingredients
1. Red bell peppers- 4
2. Onion- 1 (diced)
3. Garlic- 5-6 pods (minced)
4. Chicken- 1 cup (diced and cooked)
5. Italian sauce- 1tsp
6. Cheddar cheese- ½ cup (shredded)
7. Black pepper- 1tsp (grounded)
8. Oil- 2tbsp
Procedure
1. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the onions and garlic for about 3-4 minutes on a medium flame.
2. Turn off the flame and keep the onion mix in a bowl. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
3. Stir the chicken, Italian sauce, cheese and black pepper in the bowl.
4. Meanwhile, chop off the head of the red bell peppers. Keep them aside.
5. Remove the seeds inside the bell peppers. Stuff them with the mix with the help of a spoon.
6. If required, cover the bell peppers with their caps. Bake for about 40 minutes till the bell peppers look tender.
7. Take the stuffed bell peppers out.
Chicken stuffed bell peppers are ready to eat. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
