Recipe For Chicken Cornflakes

Chicken cornflakes are a very healthy breakfast idea because you will get your perfect mix of proteins and cereals in it. If you are looking for a low fat chicken breakfast then you should definitely try this corn flake recipe. This chicken corn flakes recipe is not only tasty but can also be cooked in the microwave. This means that you can try this recipe without soaking in the heat of the gas stove!
Ingredients For Chicken Corn Flakes:
1. Cornflakes-1 cup
2. Chicken boneless-200 grams (cut into medium sized pieces)
3. Vinegar-1 teaspoon
4. Rosemary-1 teaspoon
5. Thyme-1 teaspoon
6. Oregano-1 teaspoon
7. Pepper-2 teaspoons
8. Basil leaves-4 to 5
9. Olive oil-2 tablespoons
10. Salt as per taste
Procedure For Chicken Cornflakes:
- Soak the chicken pieces in vinegar. This will soften them.
- Marinate them overnight with the spices; oregano, rosemary, thyme, pepper and salt. Refrigerate it.
- Next morning, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Put the cornflakes in a cloth or plastic and crush them with the help of a heavy utensil like the baylan or a glass.
- Spread out the crushed flakes on a tissue paper.
- Brush some oil on the chicken pieces and roll them in the crushed flakes; place them in a baking dish and grill in the microwave for 10-12 minutes
- The settings should be a combination of 480 degrees of the microwave and the grill together.
- You have to tun the pieces over after about 6 minutes of cooking on one side.
Your chicken cornflake can be garnished with the basil leaves and eaten hot with yogurt and bread to accompany it.
