Chicken & Cheese Kebab Recipe

To make chicken kebabs with cheese, you need minced chicken, the centre of which will be cheese filled. They are perfect party snacks for you because you can easily have them a refreshments with any kind of drinks. This is a spicy chicken recipe, the sharp spices of which are made bearable by cheese. The perfect chicken and cheese recipe with hot eastern spices for the European palate.
Ingredients For Chicken Kebab With Cheese:
1. Chicken minced (500 grams)
2. Parmesan cheese (grated)
3. Onion 1 (minced)
4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
5. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
6. Green chillies 5 (minced)
7. Ground pepper 1 tablespoon
8. Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
9. Garam masala powder 1 tablespoon
10. Nutmeg powder 1 teaspoon
11. Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon (freshly chopped)
12. Egg whites 2 (beaten)
13. Flour 1 cup
14. Corn flour 2 tablespoon
15. Oil 1 cup (for deep frying)
16. Salt as per taste
Procedure For Chicken Kebab With Cheese:
- Take a big mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients expect cheese, eggs and cornflour in it.
- The minced chicken has to be mixed or rather kneaded like dough with all the spices both fresh and powdered. Marinate it for 1 hour at least.
- Add the corn flour last with a little water to get the consistency of the meat mix right. Corn flour will make it tight so can you can form the cutlets out of it.
- Form cutlets of of the spiced minced chicken and make hollows in the middle. Grate cheese into hollows and close it by patting with your fingers.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and beat egg whites to froth. Dip the kebabs in the egg and then roll it in flour.
- Dust the extra flour and deep fry the kebabs on low flame (about 5 minutes).
Serve chicken kebabs with cheese hot with onion rings and coleslaw (raita).
