WIFW 2014: Soltee By Sulakshana Monga
Designer Sulakshana Monga collection Soltee, is a avian inspiration which comprises of loads of bird inspired and floral prints.
The collection contains a series of floor sweeping dresses which is perfect for the season. The seductive play with multiple layers gives a sense of double vision, blurring the lines between beginning and ending. There is an extensive use of couture based skills to achieve the concepts used in the collection. The colour palette moves across the nudes, browns to gold.

The collection Soltee by designer Sulakshana Monga, drives it inspiration from ‘Dark Gives Balance', this times it is about balance. Different colours is used from the palate to create vivid designs and patterns. Cotton, jute chiffon and brocade are the most commonly used fabrics in the Soltee by designer Sulakshana Monga's spring summer collection.
Dark gives balance is what her entire collection is about. We were surprised to see a lot of sequins too being used. Her showstopper was a delight to the eyes, the mermaid gown and the multiple frills was fascinating too. We couldn't help taking a look at the thigh high slit of the showstopper's which again was another treat.

The brown free flowing dresses were wrapped perfectly with obe golden belts.

There were a lot of unique patterns which encapsulated the fashion freeks.

The mens line was stunning too. The classy waist coats and the colour combiantion was superb.

This white skirt worn by the model gave us a whole new idea of the new fashon.
