Kangna Repeats Dress At Queen’s Promotions
Recycling dresses has become a trend among celebrities these days. Earlier, repeating a dress in front of the media would be considered a disaster for a celebrity's image. But if the Duchess of Cambridge can recycle a dress, then the rest will obviously follow. Recently, Kangna Ranaut was at the movie Queen's promotions in a dress that we have seen her wear before.
Kangna Ranaut was seen at Queen's promotions at Dubai before in the same dress. Kangna Ranaut's dress was a flat ribbed dress with a flare. The dress had stripes on it and the colour was various shades of monochrome white, cream and grey. The dress is has spaghetti straps and looks like a flared frock.
At the Mumbai promotions of Queen, Kangna Ranaut looked natural in middle parted hair and an air of casualness. Kangna teamed up her light coloured dress with matching nude coloured pumps. She appeared to have made an appearance almost without any makeup. Kangna looked very casual and natural at this event.
But for the Dubai promotions of Queen, Kangna Ranaut was much more decked up. At Dubai, Kangna carried a stylish Burberry clutch. She also wore tie-up sandals for a more glamorous look. Kangna's hair was side parted at the Dubai event. Besides, she seemed to have got her hair done by a professional hair dresser. She stuck to wavy curls instead of the wildly permed curls that she carried at the Mumbai promotional events. Kangna wore makeup that looked natural. She wore nude coloured lip gloss and black eyeliner.
If there has to be a comparison, then the Dubai avatar of this dress was obviously the one we like better. At Mumbai, the dress looked cool but Kangna had an out-of-bed look that didn't go down well with us.
Kangna is one of the recent celebrities to join the long line of ladies who are recycling their dresses. The trend was started by Kate Middleton who has worn the same dress twice on many occasions. Recently Deepika Padukone also wore the same maxi dress twice. We have also seen Priyanka Chopra repeat her gown twice in the recent past.
