Recipe To Prepare The Anti-Ageing Skin Mask
Ingredients Required:
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Cooked rice - 3 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
Milk, as we all know, is exceptionally nutritious and comes with numerous vitamins and proteins that nourish our body cells from within and keep premature cell ageing at bay.
In addition, milk also has the ability to revitalise your skin from within and make it younger-looking and radiant.
Rice is another ingredient that is rich in antioxidants and nutrients that help ease away signs of ageing, such as wrinkles and fine lines.
Rice can also boost collagen production in your body and improve skin elasticity, thereby giving you a younger-looking complexion
Honey is a natural hydrating agent that moisturises your skin and keeps dryness and skin sagging at bay.

How It's Done:
- Add the suggested amounts of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Add the water in which the rice was cooked, to the same bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients well to form a paste.
- Apply this mixture on to your skin.
- Leave it on for 15 minutes.
- Rinse your skin with cold water.
