Parineeti Chopra begins her beauty regimen with a CTM (cleanse, tone, and moisturize) routine. She ensures to cleanse her face with a chemical-free cleanse or face wash and uses a toner to get rid of any dirt or impurities that a cleanser may have left behind. Finally, she applies a moisturizer to get that hydrated feel to the skin!
Applies Aloe Vera Face Pack
Parineeti believes in the goodness of a humble Aloe vera plant! She advises planting one in your home and letting it work as your beauty ingredient to give your skin the supple touch whenever required. Ms Chopra uses a fresh paste of Aloe vera on her skin and rinses it after 15 minutes. The result is clean, soothing, and moisturized skin.
Aloe Vera is good for those who suffer from skin irritation and inflammation issues. It is useful for skin and hair both!

Uses Simple Hair Mask

You are what you eat! Parineeti lives by this lifestyle motto and feels that we should respect our bodies and treat them with care. Her diet consists home cooked meal that is rich in minerals and nutrients. Basic Indian food with fresh veggies, dal, curd, chapattis or healthy parathas is what she prefers for lunch and mostly eats salads, grilled chicken or fish for dinner. She eats fresh fruits, dry fruits, chana, and makhana to curb the hunger pangs between lunch and dinner!
