Summer Skincare: Natural Face Packs To Manage Facial Sweating
Hot summer days can cause facial sweating, making you feel hot and uncomfortable. But don't sweat it!
There are plenty of natural face packs that can help you manage facial sweating and keep your skin looking and feeling cool and refreshed.

These face packs contain ingredients like yoghurt, cucumber, aloe vera etc. that help to absorb excess oil and sweat and cool the skin. They also help to reduce inflammation, leaving your skin feeling refreshed and hydrated - something that is so necessary for the hot summer seasons.
These ace packs also help to even out skin tone, reduce dark spots, and provide essential nutrients to the skin. They can also be used to nourish and hydrate dry skin.
Summer Skincare: Face Packs To Manage Facial Sweating
Here are some face packs that can help manage facial sweating in the summer:
1. Cucumber
Cucumbers are a great way to cool your skin down and reduce facial sweating in summer. Cucumbers are also packed with antioxidants that help to reduce inflammation and puffiness. They can also help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and promote a youthful complexion [1].
You can make a face pack with cucumbers by mashing them into a paste and then applying it to your face for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cold water afterwards.
2. Yoghurt
Yoghurt is not only a good snack, but also a great facial treatment. The lactic acid in yoghurt helps to reduce facial sweating and leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft [2].
Simply apply a thin layer of plain yoghurt to your face and let it sit for 10 minutes.
3. Avocado
Avocados are rich in healthy fats and antioxidants that help to cool your skin down and reduce facial sweating [3].

Mash up an avocado and apply it to your face for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cold water afterwards.
4. Aloe vera
Aloe vera is a great natural remedy for facial sweating. It helps to reduce inflammation and soothe your skin, making it perfect for summer skincare. Aloe vera also helps to reduce redness and irritation and acts as a natural moisturiser to keep your skin hydrated and healthy [4].
It also has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties that can help to protect your skin from the sun and other environmental factors.
Apply fresh aloe vera gel to your face for 20 minutes, then rinse off with cold water.
5. Fuller's earth and rose water
Fuller's earth or multani mitti, and rose water are both cooling agents by nature. A combination of both helps provide a cooling effect to your skin and this is exactly what a summer face pack needs to do.
Make a paste of fullers earth and rose water and apply. Leave for around half an hour or till it dries off. Rinse with cold water.
6. Milk and honey
Milk will help get rid of dirt and grime. It will open up the pores, clean them and allow the skin to breathe freely. Honey has antioxidant properties, nourishes the skin and brings about a glow to the face.

All you need to do is mix the two, apply and rinse after half an hour.
On A Final Note...
These natural face packs are a great way to help manage facial sweating and keep your skin looking cool and refreshed this summer. Try them out and see which one works best for you - and always do a patch test beforehand!
