Be Careful When You Sleep : Yes, the way you place yourself, when you sleep, determines the shape of your breast. If you have the habit of sleeping face down, then change it. Right Check – up In Right Time : Now a days women are haunted by their biggest enemy, breast cancer. So make sure that you approach your doctor in the right time and get your busts diagnosed. It's advised to meet your doctor the very next week after your menstrual cycle. As your breast will be at its natural self and the doctor will be able to diagnose those breast lumps better.
Having a healthy bosom is as important as keeping it beautiful. So go for regular breast check - ups and wear the right outfits.
