Grapes In Summer: Is It Good For Your Skin?
Why do doctors advise us to consume grapes in summer? It is solely due to the grape pulp.
There is evidence that the pulp of grapes, whether purple or green, contains a high level of nutrients and protein. By consuming grapes, one can enhance their immunity, thereby improving their quality of life.

Grapes In Summer: Is It Good For Your Skin?
The following are some of the reasons why you should try using grapes in summer for skin care. Here are a few reasons why you should make use of this summer fruit immediately:

1. May heal your skin
Irritated and broken skin should be treated as soon as possible. It is recommended that the pulp be applied continuously for four days over the broken itching skin. When the pulp has dried, wipe it off with a cotton ball soaked in warm water. If the itching persists, repeat the procedure [3].
Note: This should only be done for minor itching.
2. Remove blemishes
The best way to treat blemishes is to nourish your skin with vitamin C. Apply cold grape pulp to your face and massage it in a circular motion. Allow the juice to dry on your skin before washing it away [4].
3. Lighten scars
Are you looking for a way to get rid of your scars? Well, the one thing you can use on your skin is natural grape pulp. Allow the pulp to dry well on your face and once it dries, rinse your face with cold milk.

4. Hydrate your skin
It is important to consume vitamins in order to hydrate your skin. Since grapes contain the highest amount of water in their pulp as well as a significant amount of vitamin C, rinsing your face with fresh grape juice once a week is beneficial in summer [5].
