The man who envies another's wealth is the man,
Who could never aspire to virtue and wealth himself.
Only the person who does not aspire to virtue and wealth himself would envy another man"s wealth.
On this Rajaji would comment that only that person who does not care for his own spiritual and mental well-being, allows his mind to entertain envious thoughts, instead of feeling happy at the prosperity of others.
