Ram Navami 2023: Nine Traditional Sweet Prasadams To Ram For Navami Day
Ram Navami is the nation's favourite festival that is celebrated with great cheer in every household. All you need to do is to seek do the Ram Puja heartily and seek his blessings and offer the choicest of foodstuff that you can prepare.

1. Rava Kesari
Rava Kesari is actually a pudding made out of rava or suji, ghee, sugar, raisins, and Cashews, water and saffron. This can actually be prepared in a jiffy.
2. Matar ki kheer
Boil the peas and grind them. Add this mix with milk and boil the mixture on a low flame in a wok for about 15 minutes. Then add sugar, cardamom powder, and raisins to the mixture. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Switch off the gas and garnish with almonds before serving.
3. Coconut Burfi
This Coconut Burfi is a delicious fudge that can be alternatively made with sweetened condensed milk, milk, and grated coconut.
4. Motichoor Laddoo
Add gram flour to a bowl and mix orange colour. Add some water and baking soda. Blend the mixture so that there are no lumps. Heat ghee in a deep frying wok. Place a ladle on the oil and add some batter and let the boondi batter cook in the oil in low flame. Then drain the oil in the boondi and keep aside. Make a sugar syrup with water. Add cardamom, add boondis, and cook till boondi absorbs the sugar. Switch off the flame. Then shape the ladoos and place in a tray.
5. Badam Halwa
Badam ka halwa is made with Blanched almonds, ghee and sugar. You can prepare a delectable Badam Halwa
6. Rice Payasam
Paal Payasam is a simple South Indian variant of a slow cooked rice pudding made with only 4 ingredients. Essentially a Tamilian style Payasam, it never fails to tickle your tastebuds.
7. Daal Payasam
Fold in taste dripping layers of Moong dal Payasam made with Moong dal, Jaggery and Coconut milk into a dish and serve it after offering it to Lord Shri Ram.
8. Aval Payasam
Poha or Aval payasam is made from a mixture of Aval or Poha, Ghee and Milk
9. Puran Poli Recipe
Puran Poli is a sweet paratha like flatbread, stuffed with sweet dal stuffing that is made with Bengal gram/Chana dal, Jaggery and ground spices.
