Navratri 2023 Day 3: Shardiya Navratri has started and devotees are elated to worship Goddess Durga who is the embodiment of Shakti and feminine energy, with full rituals. Not only the Durga idols are installed but, devotees pray, worship, and keep fast for the goddess to get the choicest of blessings.

On the third day of Navratri, Goddess Chandraghanta is worshiped on the third day of Navratri. This year, Navratri has started on 15 October 2023, therefore, the third day will be on 17 October 2023, according to Panchang.

On the day of Tritiya Tithi, take a bath in Brahma Muhurta, wear clean clothes, and sprinkle Ganga water after cleaning the puja room. Install the picture of the Moon and Goddess Goddess where the Kalash has been installed. Apply Akshat and Tilak on them. Light a lamp and incense in front of the Goddess's picture and chant aarti and mantra. Chanting the Goddess' mantras brings good fortune. On this day, worship should be done wearing brown-colored clothes. On October 17, Abhijit Muhurta will be from 11:43 am to 12:29 am, during which worshipping her will be auspicious.
