Likhith ( Written) Meditation: The Most Convenient Meditation Technique For Working Professionals

Likhita Japa actually means, writing the mantra or the name of the Lord, for prescribed number of times during the day. In Vaikhari japa ( Oral)or Manasika ( mental) japa, senses are all drawn inwards. In LikhitaJapa, the senses are engaged in the practice fully. The Procedure Of Likhit Mantra Meditation
1. Dedicate a book for this purpose.
2. Before beginning to write, visualise the form of Sadguru and bow down to him.
3. Write the japa in which ever language you are comfortable with,
4. You must complete the targets that you have set for the day.
5. Try to focus on the mantra writing activity and banish the distracting thoughts as much as you can. You can also chant orally alongside to get more benefits.
6. Do not copy paste the mantra on the computer. There is no short cut to the Likhit meditation.
7. 9. Beginners can write the mantra 21 times daily and then gradually increase it to 108 times.
8. Observe silence for a few minutes before and after the likhith japa.
