Once a man approached Buddha and asked Him,
“What should one do with death. Should one accept it?"
Buddha answered, “Death is! Such is the nature of things that something born one day will have to die some day!"
Osho says while trying to accept, one is actually repressing the rejection. Acceptance would mean disliking something before and then coming to terms with it later. By doing so there is a conflict.
In true acceptance there is no acceptance. True acceptance is devoid of both acceptance and rejection. One just knows the suchness of things, the true nature of things, that they are meant to that way.
