Shisha Smoking Sickness

Shisha, which in India is famous as hooka and in recent times has dressed itself with flavored Hookha or herbal hookha, has been declared as being as dangerous as cigarette, claims the researchers.
People smoking Sisha has been reported to have suffered from high carbon monoxide levels. The high level of this agent puts one's brain at stake. There have been cases of brain harbourage and coma due to the excess of carbon monoxide levels in the body.
Shisha was a regular practice in India before Britishers introduced cigarette. Research has proved that one session of smoking shisha resulted in carbon monoxide levels which are four to five times higher than the amount produced by one cigarette.
Dr Hilary Wareing, director of the Tobacco Control Collaborating Centre, said, "Our mouths opened at the level of harm - none of the tests we did showed anything other than shisha is hazardous to health."
Shisha, is a new trend of the F&B industry. From small joints to theme restaurants, every one flaunts ethnic Shisha. One friendly puff, can even harm your system. Thus, leave them alone to their purpose of decorating the place.
