4. Add in the tomato paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add in the herbs.
6. Add in the red wine.

8. Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes until the wine evaporates.
9. Add in the tomato sauce and chicken stock.
10. Bring it to a boil.
11. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer, stirring occasionally to keep the sauce and meat from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
12. Cook until the sauce is thickened for about 30 minutes.
13. Add butter, stir well and simmer for about 2 minutes.
14. Add in the seasoning to taste.
15. Remove from heat, cover to keep it warm, until it is ready to be served.
16. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
17. Add spaghetti pasta; keep stirring it occasionally to prevent it from sticking. Until 8-10 minutes.
18. Drain in a colander/strainer.
19. Add pasta to the sauce, tossing it, so that it gets coated evenly.
20. Add half of parmesan cheese, and toss.
21. Transfer it to a serving dish.
22. Garnish with the remaining parmesan cheese and basil leaf.
- 1. While boiling the spaghetti, sufficient water should be taken, so that the spaghetti strands don’t stick to each other.
- 2. Add salt in the water before boiling, so that the flavour of the spaghetti increases and also boiling capacity of the water increases.
