How To Make A Perfect Toddler Schedule?

If you have to prepare a perfect schedule for your toddler then you need to follow some basic points of a skeletal structure.
Perfect Schedule For Toddler:
Wake Up Time: Train your toddler to be an early riser from the beginning. Most individuals lose out on life because they cannot wake up early. It is the healthiest option for the child to begin the day early and fresh.
Time: 6.30 to 7.30 am.
Breakfast: Do not stuff food into the kid's mouth as soon as they wake up. Let them play around for a while and then give them a choice of healthy breakfast like porridge, cereals, bread and eggs, fruits, etc.
Time: 8 to 9 am.
Bathing Time: It is always better to bathe in the morning because it keeps you fresh throughout the day. Don't make the toddler bathe in the afternoon just because he or she is at home for the time being. They will have to get used to bathing in the morning for school in a few years anyway.
Time: 9.30 to 10 am.
Indoor Play Time: After your child is bathed and fed, toddler curriculum calls for some action. Toddler activities like block building and puzzles should be done at this time because the mind is fresh in the morning. The more mind work the kid does in the first half of the day, the better for his or her learning process.
Time: 10.30 am to 12 noon
Lunch: Lunch has to be a heavy meal so that it makes your little one a little sluggish in the afternoon. The body clock of a toddler demands that they take rest intermittently. So feed him/her a wholesome meal.
Time: 12.30 to 1 pm.
Afternoon Siesta: Your toddler need to take at least one nap in a day. This is the perfect time to tell them stories and lull them to sleep. You can also put on some soothing music.
Time: 1.30 to 3.30 pm
Evening Snack: It should be ideally light.
Time: 4 pm
Outdoor Playtime: Give your toddler some outdoor activities like climbing, running and sports to play in the evening to develop his/her muscles.
Time: 4.30 to 6 pm
Energy Drink: Toddler schedule must include a nutritious energy drink at this time.
Reading or Playtime: 7 to 8.30 pm.
Dinner: Should be by 9 pm maximum.
Sleep Time: 9.30 to 10. Put toddler to bed early so that he/she rises early.
