Supplements To Ease Pregnancy Complaints
When a woman is pregnant, she can go through some tough times. Some women do not face any complications at all while some have a tough time throughout those nine months. The symptoms range from aches and pains to exhaustion, morning sickness and others. However, there are certain ways in which these adverse conditions can be combated.
During the first trimester of their pregnancy, almost eighty percent of women have been found to suffer from morning sickness. In order to combat this problem, women should take supplements like vitamin B6 which should be taken three or four times a day and the recommended amount is 10 to 25 mg.

Some women feel tired all the time. This could be due to the lack of iron in their diet. Some women are already deficient in iron from before as the baby sucks all the iron from the mother. Hence iron supplements should be taken in order to get back the energy that the mother would be lacking in.

Some women suffer from indigestion, heart burn, bloating, belching, etc. All these can be avoided if you do not take spicy and acidic food. Drink loads of water and go for small and frequent meals rich in fibre. Fresh fruits and vegetables help. However, if the symptoms persist, you can try digestive enzymes.

You can also suffer from constipation. This is because of the pregnancy hormones and the iron-rich diet that you might be taking. Go for fresh fruits and vegetables. If they do not work, you can take laxatives. Also go for vitamin C supplements.

Some women suffer from backaches and pain throughout their body. To get rid of this, make sure to take magnesium as part of your diet. Also, you can soak yourself in a bath tub of hot water in which Epsom salt has been added.
