However, the end of your second trimester is something very important and interesting. Sixth month pregnancy is the time when various changes takes place both in the baby as well as your body.
It is the time when you should begin to realize that your baby has grown steadily and gained a weight of about four ounces compared to the few previous weeks. This is also the month where your baby will start filling up and become plump. Above all, his brain is growing better than ever and his taste buds has also started developing.
Sixth month pregnancy brings about several changes in your body as well. Now you find your uterus has risen above your belly button and so is the size of your belly. This is also the time

Here are a few symptoms you should take note of: vaginal bleeding or spotting, increase in vaginal discharge or change in the type of discharge, increase in pressure in the pelvic area, low back pain or abdominal pain.

Food to avoid
Uncooked meat, unpasteurized cheese, and raw food should be avoided completely. These kinds of foods may cause problem in women even in sixth month pregnancy. There are chances that these foods may contain harmful bacteria which may turn hazardous to the mother and baby.

Pregnancy is the most special phase of your life and sixth month pregnancy is very important. So follow the advice. Stay upright during this period, take care that your feet is parallel while you stand. See that your lower back is as straight as possible.
