Cure Common Prenatal Health Problems!

Lets check out the common health problems during the prenatal stage:
Morning sickness: One of the most common health problems during the prenatal stage is the sickness. This is due to the hormonal changes in the pregnant woman's body which leads to problems like nausea and vomiting. Stay hydrated and eat frequent but small meals. Opt for food times which are rich in folic acid, carbohydrates like whole grains and vegetables.
Back pain: This is another very common health problem during prenatal stage. Back pain can not just be limited to prenatal but can stay throughout the pregnancy. Pain in the lower and upper back is experienced by majority of pregnant women. Stay hydrated and use heating pad to get relief. Back stretching exercises and massage therapy are also helpful. Use pregnancy belts to avoid back pain during pregnancy.
Dizziness: The feeling of passing out and dizziness are common during pregnancy. This is basically due to the lowering of blood pressure level or sugar level which occurs frequently during the gestation. Eat frequent but less amount of food ans stay hydrated to get away from dizziness.
Nausea: One of the most common health problems during prenatal stage is vomiting and nausea. Avoid eating food which irritates you and also avoid doing things which make you feel like puking. Have bland food like rice, banana, dry toast and plain tea, as it is easy to digest. Don't have fatty, greasy and spicy food as it leads to heartburns. Stay hydrated and opt for carbonated fluid during nausea as it makes feel better.
Headache: The increase in blood circulation and constant blood pressure level changes leads to headaches. To cure headaches eat food throughout the day and drink 7-8 glasses of water as dehydration is also a reason behind headaches during pregnancy.
