Why Kids Should Walk Before The Age Of 3
A new study found that children who learn to successfully walk at a very early age, tend to develop stronger bones. Yes, kids who are able to run, jump and walk before they reach the age of 3 tend to have strong bones by the time they grow up.

The reason behind this could be the stress that walking and running could cause on the hones. When stress is given, bones tend to grow wider and stronger. But the stress levels should be optimum, otherwise the scope of injury tends to increase.

So, inactive children may miss this advantage. In fact in active kids, the risk of suffering osteoporosis could also decrease when they grow old.

Till now, even researchers never knew that the movements during childhood could have certain effects after a person grows up into an adult.

Activity levels are good for the bones and muscles as they get challenged and that is the only way they can grow stronger.

So, if your kid is spending most of the time sitting, then it is high time you make your kid walk and play around. It helps his bones when he grows up.
