Why Hide Your Bad Habits In Front Of Kids?
Whether it is a simple habit like smoking or drinking or fighting with your spouse, every action of yours will be observed by your kids when they are around. Therefore, it is better to act with awareness when kids are around.

Many studies have proved that kids who are raised in bad conditions tend to become either addicts or abusive people when they grow up into adults.

Parents are the first teachers for kids and that is why parents may need to hide their negative sides at least when kids are around.

Also, as human beings have a tendency to imitate the actions of others around, it is wiser to show the positive side to kids and be a good example when raising kids.

And when it comes to bad habits like smoking at home, it also does considerable damage to kids who live in the same premises.

As far as domestic violence is concerned, kids who view their parents fighting all the time may turn to drugs or suffer depression as they grow up. That would scar their childhood and therefore parents may need to rethink when their inner demons show up amidst the four walls of a happy home.
