Indoor Smoking Affects Your Kid's Health
A new study says that kids who live with smoking parents may fall ill more frequently compared to kids who are seldom exposed to cigarette smoke.

This research clearly indicates that tobacco smoke needs to be blamed for the ill-health of children of smokers.
As a part of the study, researchers observed the health of children below the age of 15 and compared the data with other kids who are not exposed to cigarette smoke at home.

The results indicated that cigarette smoke increases the frequency of sickness in children. Health experts recommend quitting smoking or at least refraining from smoking at home.

Even if kids are not around, when parents smoke, the quality of indoor air still affects the children when they breathe in the toxins later.
We already know how damaging cigarettes are. Parents who are smokers have another reason to find a way to quit the dangerous habit. If your bad habit affects the health of your kid, would you still feel like smoking?

Also, when the health care costs and doctor's visits of your kids increase, it will be a cause of concern to you. Therefore, it is better to treat your home as a no-smoking zone at least for the sake of your kids.
