Be Fair
Try to be as fair as possible in your words and actions during an argument. Of course, you don't want your kids to see you fighting, but some situations are inevitable. Your kid will understand that arguments are inevitable part of relationships.
Patch Up
Soon after an argument, patch up with your partner immediately so that your kids will understand that after every fight, it is important to patch up.

Talk
Talk to them soon after your part is over. It is good to explain things to your kids who are watching the whole scene. Explain them that disagreements are natural but sorting them out in a healthy way is a must.
