Children nowadays have no physical activity; the modern age has ruined them. The advancement in technology has made their lives very easy and they have learnt not to move from their behinds for anything. This will only lead to the development of a very unhealthy generation as they have no stamina, no creative ideas and most of them are obese.

Kids always tend to copy their parents. Try and join a family workout group. This requires a set aside time by the parents. You will not only enjoy family time on a daily basis, but also provide good workout for kids. They will eventually help in spending more time together and you will be able to develop a healthy bond with them.
Workout together
Try getting all the kids from the neighbourhood or the class together, going to the park together for a day. Yes, it does require a lot of time organising it but, all parents do have concerns about their child’s health and will be willing to help. This will be a good exercise for kids and they will also enjoy themselves to bond with other kids.

Yoga not only helps relax you with all the breathing exercise, they will also be a good workout for kids. This will only help them on the long run, where they make better people in the world. This will also help them to become more patient while spending some time on meditation.
Inculcating the habit
Once you are able to create a routine in their life, they will not be able stop it, they will find something missing during the day when they skip their exercise for the day.
