Ways To Buildup Sperm
Today's men may need to be more careful about their sperm quality and count. Stress has become a part of our lives and toxins are there in the air we breathe, the food we eat and the water we drink. This has made healthy living a challenge.

When healthy lifestyle becomes tough, producing healthy sperm may also become challenging. Therefore, your efforts should start from building up a healthy lifestyle.
You are what you eat and your sperm is also more about what you eat and how you maintain yourself. Here are some of ideas which will help you build up sperm if you have issues of low sperm count. It is better to consult a doctor for more help.

Volume
Some studies claim that excessive ejaculations could also affect the volume of the sperm. If you are suffering from low sperm count, ensure that you minimise masturbation and save all your energy for lovemaking on the day of your partner's ovulation to maximise the chances of pregnancy.

Smoking
Alcohol can affect both sperm count as well as motility and it may also cause birth defects like low birth weight. If you wish to remain fertile, quit smoking.

Workout
Exercise is one important thing that plays a role in your sperm count. Workout regularly to keep your sperm health in good shape.

Just Cool It
Heat can drastically affect the volume of sperm. Tight underwear, hot baths or anything which heats up your privates is bad. Riding a bike or wearing tight pants could also affect your sperm count as they increase the temperature down there.

Drinking
The problem with alcohol is that it can decrease your testosterone levels and increase your estrogen levels. Alcohol can affect your sperm count drastically.

Water
Even hydration plays an important role in maintaining sperm count. Drink enough water and fruit juices.

Stress
Stress levels can drastically decrease the sperm count. Meditate, relax and sleep well to combat stress levels on a daily basis.

Toxins
Toxins can greatly affect the sperm count and their speed. Try to minimise your exposure to toxins. Today, toxins are everywhere around us. But try to limit your exposure as much as possible.
