Healthy Diet: Women have to follow a healthy diet during pregnancy. A woman should eat nutritious foods, as it is important for the growth of both the baby and the mother. The foods must be packed with essential vitamins and minerals that are necessary for a baby's well-being and it maintains hair health in women as well.
