Natural Contraceptive Methods To Avoid Unwanted Pregnancy

A woman with a regular and timely menstruation ovulate approximately fourteen days before her period. An egg fertilizes 24 hours before dying but sometimes the sperm can live for up to seven days after ejaculation. Therefore, a woman with an irregular cycle may have difficulty in identifying the pregnancy.
Lets check out the natural contraceptive methods which can be used for birth control.
Body temperature: The body temperature of a woman rises during lovemaking due to the secretion of progesterone. So, a day after the ovulation, a woman will notice a rise of temperature by half degree Celsius. Check your body temperature every morning after getting up and before going to bed to know the difference in the body temperature. This contraceptive method is not effective if you are suffering from cold or fever as the temperature measurement is not clear.
Calender method: This is one of the best natural contraceptive method to control birth and avoid getting pregnant. To use this method you have to mark the 1st day of a period every month and the next month's expected date for six months. Eighteen days are subtracted from the shortest interval between periods and eleven days from the longest interval between cycles. The fertile phase of a woman according to this process is, the 7th day to 19th day of her cycle. Avoid having unprotected orgasm at this time to avoid getting pregnant. Be very clear about the menstrual dates to make this contraceptive method effective.
Abstinence: This contraceptive method means refraining from intercourse to get 100% result. Even withdrawal method like avoiding an intercourse and just sticking to foreplay and oral love is also a natural contraceptive method.
Use these natural contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy and stay healthy without taking contraceptive pills which have side effects on the body.
