Available from 6 to 7 March, the Holi collection includes three decadent, mithai-inspired cheesecakes, each more tempting than the last.

The Thandai Cheesecake, for example, is the perfect addition to any festive celebration- it's made with a rich vanilla sponge, creamy mascarpone frosting, saffron rose syrup and garnished with pistachios- the classic Holi flavour in a new avatar.

The Boondi Gulab Jamun Cheesecake is a wonderful amalgamation of desi flavours and Love and Cheesecake's signature cheesecake- it combines everyone's favourite mithai gulab jamun with a rich mascarpone cheese frosting, fresh sweet boondi, vanilla sponge and chopped pistachios.

Finally, the Strawberry Kalakand Cheesecake will add both the perfect 'gulal' colour and flavour to your Holi celebrations- made with fresh strawberries, mascarpone cheese frosting, fresh sweet kalakand and the classic vanilla sponge. Currently, you can locate their stores in Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Pune.

All of the treats in the Holi collection are eggless and are available in glasses or as half and one-kg cakes!
