Top Ten Effective Stress Busters
Most of us follow quite a hectic schedule without any time to relax and enjoy the simple things in life. We have no time to admire the beauty of the flowers blooming by the sidewalk, no time to appreciate the cool breeze that gently plays with our hair. All in all, we seem to have time only for stress.
Every machine needs to be recharged and serviced at least once in a while to function at its best. Our body is no different from this. We cannot run on fully charged batteries all day long without some relaxation in between. We need to relax our mind as well to feel truly recharged.

Stress can be due to problems in workplace, financial crisis, family issues or academic stress. Whatever the reason is, stress will always contribute to many complications to your body and mind.
Many would wish for some extra hours every day just to get through their duties. But what we need to do is to put aside some time for a few effective stress busters.

A feel-good hobby
When you are in the need of effective stress busters, choose a feel good hobby like reading a favourite book or watching your favourite movie. It goes a long way in relaxing you.

Some fresh air
We are often held down from our full potential by a lot of stress. A dose of fresh air is among the effective stress busters and will clear the cobwebs off your mind and help rejuvenate yourself.

A deep breath
A good stress buster when you find yourself overwhelmed by the situation and your mind is ready to explode with stress - close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Let go
This is easier said than done. Often our stress stems from our need to control and fix everything. But this cannot always be done. Good stress busters include making yourself to let go.

Finish one nagging responsibility
Many of us postpone some irking chore for later and this will cause a pile up of stress. An effective stress buster in this situation is to try to finish at least one nagging responsibility.

Simple stretches
Stress reflects in our body by the tightening of muscles around the shoulders and neck. Among good stress busters are some simple stretches that will help ease this knot of tension

A cup of tea
Sitting down with a cup of tea and putting up your feet for some time are quite effective stress busters. The tea will also rejuvenate you.

Pets
Pets are the most effective stress busters. If you own a dog, take it for a walk in the park. If you have cats, play with them for a while. Petting your four legged friends can be quite relaxing and enjoyable.

Organise
Most of the early morning stress is because you cannot locate your car keys or wallet in time. Take some time to organise your belongings and it will prove as quite an effective stress buster later.

Your time
Effective stress busters include setting apart some time each day for yourself. Take a half hour to enjoy a warm bath or to exercise and help you relax at the end of the day.
