The taos hum is a low pitched sound heard in many places all over the globe especially in the European countries. The source of the sound was never known to any one and it is undetectable by microphones or VLF antennae. They are usually heard in calm environments and sound like the humming noise of a diesel engine. This is one of the most popular world mysteries as no one has ever discovered the origin of these sounds.
