National Pink Day: Interesting Facts

The youth, particularly teenagers on “National Pink Day", try coloring their hair in flashy pinks, wear weird clothes of the shade, sport bright lip colors and nail colors as a symbol of celebration. Eating Pink food like chewing gums, cotton candies, jelly beans, cakes, ice creams and strawberry flavored food is also an important part for the foodies.
Some even have a pink party on “National Pink Day" and set a dress code as pink for the night. Cocktails and other alcoholic beverages are served according to the color. Even the ambience at the party is set with pink upholstery like table cloths, napkins, flowers etc.
