Also pertaining to this study, these social networking sites, Facebook and Twitter leaves those in the dark all by themselves where they feel alienated and dissatisfied with life.
Author, Sherry Turkle, says that despite the advent of social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter text messaging our intimate relationship with technology has not translated into closer personal relationships between fellow humans. The book, ' Alone Together' written by Sherry Turkle explains all about loneliness caused by these sites which is Facebook and Twitter.
