So they are exposed to attacks by the criminals. Recently there was news about rape and murder of a BPO employee in Pune and Bangalore.
What can organizations do at this situation? First of all employers should take measures to avoid these incidences. In spite of prevention and avoidance of such incidences if one gets attacked, it is better to train the staff to overcome these attacks themselves, where Krav Maga comes handy.
Krav Maga stepped into Bangalore by having its first studio in Aero Gym. It specializes in self defense and trains its pupil in fighting and learning moves in a realistic environment in order to escape or run from potential danger.
