The boy is from Plymouth in Devon; but he now lives in Cornwall. His identity has not been revealed, as he is a minor.

His Sentence...

He was sentenced at Bodmin Magistrates' Court for 12-month intensive referral order and he was also put on the sex offenders' register for two-and-a-half years!
