The beautiful Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton gave us a surprise when she confirmed the news of her second pregnancy. The stunning Kate Middleton who gave birth to little Prince George five months ago is excited after her pregnancy tests ran positive. Sources reveal that the Duchess is expecting a girl, which she will name after her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.
