WIFW SS 2014: Ritesh Kumar
Titled Epiphany, Ritesh Kumar's SS '14 sees the return of paradox paradigms as Paranoia trilogy comes to an end. It was a different type of collection showcased at WIFW SS 2014 ramp on Day 4. Ritesh Kumar used intricate beauty of the handmade and unconventional use of traditional craftsmanship.
Abstract artistic work looked entirely fresh to the eyes. The use of spikes in the cross printed outfits looked completely new. Ritesh Kumar used grey as the primary colour. It was used in combination with black and silver to create some artistic spring summer collection.
Chains, buttons and beads were used in the spring summer collection. Something that was more weird and different was the chain that was wrapped around the mouth of the models. It gave the illusion of the tortured women who are been under the wrap of the society and its pressure groups. Some of the models even tied their hands with a Bandit belt or lace strips. Take a look at the spring summer collection of Ritesh Kumar at WIFW SS 2014.
