Vote: Aishwarya Rai In Black Suit

Aishwarya Rai has finally ditched her favourite anarkali suits, heavy sarees and lehengas. We were actually bored of seeing Ash in sarees, anarkali silhouettes and lehengas. So, this time she surprised us in a different look! We spotted the gorgeous Indian diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan wearing a black formal suit.

Aishwarya Rai was at Life Cell Event where she wore a black suit. She wore this plain black formal suit with a white shirt. She wore this white Burberry golden spike studded collar sleeve shirt with plain black blazer jacket and slim fit cropped trousers.

The white Burberry shirt had golden studded collar sleeves which made the black formal suit look stylish. She did not tuck in the shirt and left it loose covered underneath the black blazer jacket. However, Aishwarya Rai spoiled the golden stud collar sleeves by hiding it with her loose hair. Her trademark straight hair were left loose in the centre-parting line which looked a little dull with the otherwise strong stylish formal look.

Aishwarya Rai wore this black formal suit with black peep-toe pumps and golden round stud earrings. She kept her look simple by applying minimal makeup. Rimmed eye liner eye makeup and glossy pink lips completed her look. We feel that Aishwarya Rai could have opted for some bold lip colour like red and tied her hair into a smart bun.

It is surprising to see Aishwarya Rai in a formal suit after a long time (last time in Cannes 2013 during a photoshoot). However, after seeing the style icon of Bollywood Sonam Kapoor donning suit in a very stylish way, we are not impressed with the way Ash wore the black suit. Sometime back we spotted Sonam Kapoor in a charcoal grey formal suit. She looked breathtaking in the Dior formal suit and wore it with much oomph factor.

Sorry Ash, but the transition from anarkali suits to the trouser pants is not very impressive!
