Recently when a study was conducted, it is said that Luanda is the most expensive place to have a home and raise a family, second came in Tokyo and the third standing is now Chad which is in Ndjamena. Chad has beautiful hot weather throughout the year because of the desert region and on a visit here you would see the warm side of the local people who would make you feel like home. Ndjamena, is considered to also be the largest city and well known for its rich culture and lifestyle. A place where you would not find proper roads and rails is considered to be the most expensive place in the world because of the upcoming business sectors making its mark in this African Region.
